Free shipping. Returns at the customer’s expense.

Returns on customer’s expense.

Preparing an order for shipment usually takes 1–3 business days (counted from the moment the payment is received).

Poland – approx. 1–3 business days from dispatch,
EU countries – approx. 3–7 business days from dispatch,
Non-EU countries – approx. 7–21 business days from dispatch (may be longer due to customs clearance).

Estimated time frames may vary depending on the delivery option or customs procedures. If a delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.

You may return items purchased in our store within 14 days of delivery.

To make a return:

1. Download the RETURN FORM from our website
2. Fill out the form completely.
3. Put it inside the parcel together with the item you wish to return.

Please note:

• Returned items must be in their original condition, with all labels attached, free from signs of wear, scents, or make-up.
• We do not offer free returns. The return cost depends on the shipping company you choose.
• Returns sent at our expense, or delivered to a pick-up point without prior agreement, will be refused.

For exchange, we recommend returning an item and placing a new order.

Your return will be processed within 1-2 days from the date of arrival at our warehouse. When processed, a refund will be issued and should arrive in your bank account within 1-5 working days.

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email. Should you not have received such a tracking link, please contact us at info@my-merino.com.

EUROPEAN UNION
All orders within the European Union are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). Price included VAT will be specified at the checkout.

REST OF THE WORLD
All orders outside the European Union are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that any local taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country are covered by the customer. A separate invoice will be sent to you from our distribution partner.
